How do I select the proper bulb?
Use our site to match the look of the bulb you have your home or office. You can browse through our categories or use our search feature to move around our site.  

When Will my Credit Card Be Charged?
Credit Card orders will be charged when the order has shipped complete.

When Will my Order Ship:
Bay Lighting ship all order received during business hour the same or next business day. Any order received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.

How will my order be shipped?
All Bay Lighting orders will ship via Fed-Ex. A tracking number will be provided to customers when your order has shipped.

What is your Return Policy?
Bay Lighting will accept returns. Any Bulb in an unopened box can be returned for a full merchandise credit. Customer requesting a refund will be charged a 25% restocking Charge.

How Do CFL’S help the Environment?
CFLs reduce the amount of electricity we need to light our homes and offices by 75%. Your home or office could go green with this great solution. One lamp can reduce green house gasses by hundreds of pounds per year. One simple change of a light bulb can improve our environment.

Can I recycle my used CFL’s?
CFL’s can be recycled. They must be sent to a special recycling center. There are many services that with provide you with recycling containers.
